Problema con la consegna – spedizione

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde am 17.03.2026 ein Zustellversuch durchgeführt.
Dies entspricht jedoch nicht der Realität.

Die Lieferadresse ist ein Unternehmen (Sardegna Ricerche), das während der Arbeitszeiten immer besetzt ist. Es ist daher sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass der Empfänger nicht angetroffen wurde.

Bis heute habe ich weder die Sendung erhalten noch eine Benachrichtigung oder weitere Informationen bekommen. Ich warte seit Tagen vergeblich auf die Zustellung.

Ich bitte Sie daher dringend um Unterstützung und um Klärung, wo sich die Sendung aktuell befindet und wie ich sie schnellstmöglich erhalten kann.
