Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a legal right of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you receive the goods. This also applies if the package was delivered to a parcel shop, a parcel locker, or a designated drop-off location.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you can conveniently use our electronic cancellation form below. Please provide your name, your email address, and the order number.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

After receiving your cancellation request (electronically via the form or by post or email), we will respond with further information regarding the return.

Please do not return the goods on your own initiative before receiving a response from us.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund can only be made after the goods have been fully received and inspected by us.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If there are signs of use, wear, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund amount.

General Information

Please package the goods carefully to avoid transport damage.

Return items as completely as possible, including accessories, in the original packaging.

Unpaid returns cannot be accepted.
