Shipping policy

Delivery is made by UPS or DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight or order total.
As soon as a shipment leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for the whereabouts of the package passes to the respective shipping service provider.
The delivery of the goods is at the customer's risk.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please make sure that the products are unused and undamaged.

You bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.
