Instructions for use:
- Grab the orange handle with your index finger
- Press the binding down with the flat of your hand so that the stoppers stand up
- Thread the rubber at one stopper end and pull it over the binding
- At the other end of the stopper, easily hook it into the fixing hook on the handle
