We recommend this product:

Electric edge grinder ES 2000PLUS in the professional set for snowboards, with clamp and grinding belts. Your all-round worry-free package for professional edge tuning of your boards. With this set, you can perform your snowboard service quickly and precisely.

Contents of the set

  • 1 x ES 2000PLUS electric edge grinder for grinding the snowboard sidewall edge
  • 1 x STAR FIX Snowboard clamp for clamping your board
  • 3 x grinding belt Standard | Allround Blue | Grit 120
  • 2 x Standard grinding belt | Medium Red | Grit 240
  • 1 x pack of Standard grinding belts (10 pcs.) | Allround Blue | Grit 120 (FREE)
  • 1 x short instruction manual

Frequently asked questions:

  • How many skis can I grind before I have to change the belt?

You can grind about 3-4 pairs of skis/boards with one belt. You really shouldn't use a belt longer because the grinding quality naturally decreases from time to time.

  • Do I have to remove the sidewall before grinding?

This is not a strictly necessary step but is recommended to reduce dust formation. A plus: The grinding belts last a bit longer as a result.

  • Do I not remove too much edge when grinding with the machine?

No, don't worry. The material removal per grinding pass is in the hundredth of a millimeter range, so you don't have to fear removing too much from your edges.

  • Is it enough for "normal use" (sporty riding style, no racing ambitions) to grind the skis with the 120 and 240 grit?

Yes, absolutely! With the combination of these two grinding belts, you are well equipped.

Sustainably produced | Made in Germany
