Our RP500 base repair gun is an all-rounder for scratches and damage to ski and snowboard bases. It can be powered by a rechargeable battery or connected directly to a power supply. This keeps you flexible when carrying out any repairs to ski or snowboard bases.
The advantages of the RP500 repair gun:
- For fast, effective, temporary and, in some cases, permanent repairs to ski and snowboard bases

Application:
- Insert the repair stick into the machine
- Allow the gun to heat up for 5–10 minutes
- In the meantime, brush and clean the base thoroughly (we recommend a bronze brush)
- Press the repair material onto the damaged area and work it in with the flat nozzle
- Wait until the material has hardened completely
- Scrape off the excess material (we recommend the base scraper)
